Key Features
This system is a high-end chemical separation unit based on Process Intensification technology. Through multidisciplinary innovation and system-level integration, it delivers a fundamental breakthrough in conventional distillation.
Supergravity Separation Principle
The system uses a high-speed rotating packed rotor to generate a centrifugal field that is hundreds to thousands of times stronger than normal gravity. Under this supergravity environment, the liquid phase is dispersed into micro- to nano-scale droplets, filaments, or thin films.
As a result, the gas–liquid interfacial area increases by more than 20 times, and mass transfer rates are improved by one to three orders of magnitude compared with conventional equipment.
Heat Pump Closed-Loop Energy Principle
Based on the reverse Carnot cycle, the system uses a refrigerant as the energy carrier. Low-pressure refrigerant vapor is compressed, increasing its temperature and pressure, and then releases heat in the evaporator to drive material evaporation. After condensation, the refrigerant is throttled and enters the condenser, where it absorbs the latent heat of the process vapor.
This fully closed-loop cycle enables bidirectional utilization of heat and cold, achieving highly efficient energy recovery.
Intelligent Integration and Control
The system is equipped with a Siemens PLC control platform, supporting remote operation, IoT connectivity, and mobile visualization.
All key parameters, including pressure, temperature, flow rate, heat pump load, and reflux ratio, can be automatically adjusted. DCS interface is reserved.
Online Automatic Cleaning (CIP)
An integrated CIP system is automatically activated by the PLC program and complies with GMP hygiene requirements.
Fully Electrified Operation
No external cooling water or steam is required. The system operates using electricity only, greatly simplifying utility requirements.
Inherently Safe Design
